Our phone lines remain busy, but we are doing our best to get back to everyone.

If your call is not an emergency, you might find it quicker to:

• Use My Thirteen to book non-emergency repairs

• Contact us by email and we will reply within 48 hours: customerservices@thirteengroup.co.uk

• Fill out our online contact form

• Send us a message on Facebook Messenger

• Pop in to see us in store

• Contact us later in the week if your situation is not an emergency
